National Diabetes Prevention Program

• Provides in-home assessments and interventions for asthma, tobacco cessation, indoor air quality, lead, fire safety, and other environmental health hazards.
• Provides programs designed for individuals who are pre-diabetic.
• Offers education and information about many variables that contribute to diabetes prevention including but not limited to:

- nutrition
- exercise
- stress management
- other lifestyle variables
Eligibility: Must reside in Cayuga County.
