• Offers insurance coverage that can be purchased through NY State of Health for individuals, families, and small businesses.
• Assists people with determining their eligibility for health care programs like the Essential Plan, Medicaid and Child Health Plus and aids with signing up for the programs, if eligible. In-Person Assistors (IPA)/Navigator will provide in-person enrollment assistance to individuals, families, small businesses, and their employees who apply for health insurance.
• Provides information about what financial assistance and tax credits are available for applicants through the Marketplace.
Eligibility: Resident of area served.
Application Process: Applications can be completed online, over the phone or in-person with a trained in-person assistor.

Fees: No fee for services to apply. Fees vary depending on the insurance.
