• Assists individuals, families, and small businesses to enroll in the NY State Health Insurance Marketplace.

Eligibility: Age 65 or younger.
Application Process: Walk in or call to make an appointment.
Required Documentation: Pay stubs or any proof of income. Identity paperwork if needed such as driver's license, SS card.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Ontario, Wayne, Erie and Yates Counties.
