• Plans, develops and administers community based services for older persons in Cayuga County.

• Provides information and assistance for senior programs and services such as:

Elder In-Home Services Program
(EISEP) with case management
Caregiver and Alzheimer’s Community Service Program
Health Insurance Information Counseling and Assistance Program (HIICAP)
Senior Nutrition Program for the Elderly provides home delivered meals and Congregate site meals
Benefits application assistance in accessing programs and services
Limited Legal services

Eligibility: For most services: ages 60 years and older. Nutrition program: Ages 60 years and older and spouses of any age. Home delivered meals: Homebound ages 60 years and over. Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program: Low income.

Application Process: Self, families, other agencies and professionals. Appontments are encouraged, walk ins are accomodated, call or visit website for information.

Fees: No fee for services. Donations accepted but not required.
