• Provides free commercial airline tickets to families in need of specialized, distant medical care and second opinions.

Flight support provided to child patients (Age 17 and younger).
Flight program includes domestic travel to U.S. treatment facilities and to train/retrieve a service dog.
Miracle Flights is not limited by distance and will fly a patient as often as needed.

Eligibility: Flights are subject to household income eligibility with supporting documentation. Call for more information.

Application Process: Submit completed application and necessary documentation (outlined in application package available online.

Required Documentation: Application, proof of income and physician referral letter.
