Blood and Blood Products Donation

• Sets appointments and answers questions for donors to donate blood and blood products.

• Offers volunteer opportunities as Biomedical Services-Volunteer Driver.

Training will be provided
Requires 5-10 hours weekly for 6 months
Flexible and committed: shifts are agreed upon for volunteers to fit them into their schedule and to commit to it fully
All transportation is conducted using American Red Cross vehicles
Requieres 40 volunteers
Can be used to fulfill ABAWD (Able-bodied without dependents) hours

Eligibility: Ages 18 years and older. Volunteers: 18 and older; pass background check and motor vehicle record check. Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
