Dental Care Services - Developmental Disabilities and Older Adults

• Provides dental care for patients with special needs, including seniors, children and adults with developmental disabilities, individuals with complex medical needs, and individuals with dental anxiety/fear. Services include:
- Complete exams, x-rays and cleanings
- Fillings, root canals and extractions
- Cosmetic dentistry, such as whitening
- Crowns, bridges, full and partial dentures
- Implants
Eligibility: Serving seniors, adults with developmental disabilities and patients with complex medical conditions.
Application Process: Call for an appointment.
Fees: Vary according to service. Medicaid.
Coverage Note: Cayuga, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca and Wayne Counties.
Languages: Translation provided through hospital services upon request. Call for information. Sign language.
