• Provides dental hygiene services and education that includes:
- Cleaning of teeth
- Personal instruction for caring for your teeth and gums
- Fluoride therapy
- Instructions for choosing foods for good dental health
- Dental x-rays
- Sealants
- Recommendations for professional dental care
Eligibility: Adults ages 18 or older. Children between the ages of 4 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Application Process: Call to schedule an appointment.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Small fee for each service. Ages 62 years and older and Medicaid Recipients: No fee for service. Call for information.
