* Offers six-session self-care education workshop program focused on caregiver needs. Topics may include self- care, stress management, communication skills, and use of community resources. Classes are ongoing.

Eligibility: Caregiver ages 18 and older.

Application Process: Reservation required.

Lifespan of Greater Rochester provides older adults and caregivers with information, guidance, and support services. Lifespan also provides training and education for allied professionals and the community.
