Repair Program

thru: Greater Rochester Habitat for Humanity Inc

• Offers home repair services for special populations through interest-free payment plans. 5 year residency requirement post home modification is required at time of approval.

Eligibility: Veterans with disabilities, individuals in need of mobility improvement, and low income households. Veterans must fall between 30-60% AMI. Home must be owned by the individual in need or someone related to them. Mobility improvement must fall between 30-60% AMI, all property taxes must be paid.

Required Documentation: Veterans: Proof of income including paystubs, SSI, disability. VA disability compensation letter or Social Security Disability letter. Mobility Improvement: proof of total household income and proof of homeowners insurance.
