Provides full telephone accessibility to persons who are deaf, hard of hearing, speech disabled.
Provides New York Relay Service, a statewide service that connects standard voice telephone uses with deaf, hard-of-hearing, deaf-blind, speech-disabled, or late-deafened people who use text telephones (TTYs) or voice carry-over (VCO) phones. 
Provides New York Captioned Telephone service, which allows people with hearing loss to use the phone by listening and reading.
Facilitates international calling using English or Spanish.
Offers workshops, presentations, exhibits of this service.
