• Provides New York Relay Service, a statewide service that connects standard voice telephone uses with deaf, hard-of-hearing, deaf-blind, speech-disabled, or late-deafened people who use text telephones (TTYs) or voice carry-over (VCO) phones.
• Provides New York Captioned Telephone service, which allows people with hearing loss to use the phone by listening and reading.
• Facilitates international calling using English or Spanish.
• Offers workshops, presentations, exhibits of this service.
