  • Foster parent recruitment     
  • Foster parent training and certification
  • Certification of adoptive families for children in foster care           
  • Adult Protective services works with individuals 18 years and older, with physical and/or mental impairments, and no support system to help meet basic needs
  • On call caseworker for after hours emergencies
