Adress new and distressing symptoms of mental health in their early stages for young people, it offers opportunities to help prevent progression to more serious confitions.

Helps young people to ideantify, monitor, and manage changes in behavior and meantal health. Can include:
  • Individual therapy.
  • Group therapy.
  • Problem solving.
  • Social Skills training.
  • Goal planning.
  • Safety planning.
  • Psycho-education.
  • Relapse prevention.
  • Treatment for substance use.
  • Involvement of the family.
  • Medication as needed.
  • Assistance with difficulties in school or at work.
  • Other interventions as needed, including sleep, nutrition, and excercise.

Eligibility: Age 15 to 28 years old.

Application Process: Call to make an appointment.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: Private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare.
