Building Healthy Children
thru: Mt. Hope Family Center
• Pairs expecting or parenting young women with a Community Health Worker and therapist who provide support and information throughout pregnancy and the first 3 years of their child's life. BHC partners with young mothers to raise healthy families through a team approach. All services are home-based.

Eligibility: Resident of area served. Women 25 and under, currently expecting, or up to 9 months after her 1st or 2nd child is born.

Fees: No fee for services.
