Substance Use Disorder Community Residence Programs

• Provides services to adults in recovery with substance use disorder. Services include:
- Residential services
- Residential group homes as well as supervised apartments
- Support services
- Individual and group counseling
- Recreational programs as well as educational and vocational programs
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Age 18 years and older. Must be in recovery with substance use disorder.
Application Process: Referral must be made by treatment provider.
