• Provides outpatient individual, group, conjoint and family counseling, therapy groups, medication and other mental health services for community residents - both adults and children.
Eligibility: Must reside in Steuben County and exhibit a need for services.
Application Process: Call for an intake appointment or walk in.
Required Documentation: Photo ID and insurance information or call for information.
Fees: Fees vary. Sliding scale. Payment arrangements may be possible. Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance or private pay.
