Safe Harbour Program

thru: The Center for Youth Services

Provides case coordination and advocacy for commercially sexually exploited (CSE) youth. Help youth access medical care, mental health counseling, financial assistance, emergency shelter and other basic living and safety needs.

Works with partners across Monroe County to promote awareness of youth trafficking and identify and provide comprehensive services to potential victims of commercial sexual exploitation.

Eligibility: Call for information. Youth ages 12-21 years. Referral forms can be found here: https://www.centerforyouth.net/safe-harbour/.

Application Process: Call for information. Referral form may be filled out by youth, adult, police, teacher etc.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for services.
