Provides confidential treatment designed to reduce symptoms, improve patient functioning, and to provide on-going support. Services include:

  • Assessment and treatment planning
  • Individual, group and family therapies
  • Medication evaluation and prescribing
  • Symptom management
  • Care Management
  • Single Point of Access(SPOA)
  • Assisted Outpatient Treatment(AOT)
  • Crisis Intervention Services
  • Daytime Mobile Crisis Team

Eligibility: Resident of area served.

Application Process: Walk-in. Upon arrival, paperwork needs to be filled out and then patient is able to see available therapist. Call the crisis line for Mobile Crisis.

Required Documentation: Identification and insurance cards.

Fees: Medicaid, Medicare, Third party insurance, Sliding scale based on income.

Coverage Note: Cayuga County.
