• Provides confidential treatment designed to reduce symptoms, improve patient functioning, and to provide on-going support. Services include:
- Assessment and treatment planning
- Individual, group and family therapies
- Medication evaluation and prescribing
- Symptom management
- Care Management
- Single Point of Access(SPOA)
- Assisted Outpatient Treatment(AOT)
- Crisis Intervention Services
- Daytime Mobile Crisis Team
Language Access
Eligibility: Resident of area served.
Application Process: Walk-in. Upon arrival, paperwork needs to be filled out and then patient is able to see available therapist. Call the crisis line for Mobile Crisis.
Required Documentation: Identification and insurance cards.
Fees: Medicaid, Medicare, Third party insurance, Sliding scale based on income.
Coverage Note: Cayuga County.
Languages: - Staff provides in-person interpreter
