• Provides mental health services that include: Outpatient clinic, counseling, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, personalized recovery orientated services, response to mental health emergencies and case management.
• Provides substance use disorder services that include: Outpatient clinic, counseling, psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
Eligibility: Resident of area served with primary mental health diagnosis.
Application Process: Referral and/or appointment, call or walk in.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and sliding fee for uninsured with proof of income.
Coverage Note: Cattaraugus County.
Languages: Provides a virtual interpreter.
