• Provides Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS), a comprehensive recovery-oriented program for adult individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
- Includes integrated treatment, support, and rehabilitation in a manner that facilitates the individual's recovery.
Eligibility: 18 years and older.
Application Process: By appointment.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Medicaid. Financial assistance for private pay may be available.
