- Adolescent Services (works around school schedule).
- Opiate Dependence Group.
- Buprenorphine/Suboxone and Vivitrol Therapy.

- Awareness and Dependence Groups.

Application Process: Call office to set up appointment.
Required Documentation: Insurance Card, Photo ID (not required for under 18), Medication Documentation.
