• Provides Medication assisted treatment (Suboxone).

• Offers overdose prevention, aftercare, and safety planning for individuals who experience opioid overdose.

Includes Narcan (naloxone) training and kits.

• Connects individuals to substance treatment.

• Offers training to providers to ensure availability of medical, mental health, and substance use services for people who use drugs.

• Provides on-site mental health counseling services.

Eligibility: Individuals with substance abuse issues.
