thru: Livingston County Office for the Aging

• Provides non medical personal care, housekeeper chore aide services, case management, information and referral services and supportive counseling to assist individuals to remain living independently at home.

Eligibility: 60 years of age or older. Eligibility is determined through screening and assessment.

Application Process: Call for screening and assessment for eligibility.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for services except for non-medical aide services are provided on a cost sharing, sliding scale fee. Cost share may apply depending upon income.
