• Provides outpatient substance abuse treatment services for individuals, groups, adolescents and families, individuals with dual diagnosis, and pain management in recovery care.
• Provides intervention services and nicotine recovery.

Eligibility: Persons with Substance Use Disorder and/or family member.
Application Process: Call intake coordinator at 585-473-1500.
Required Documentation: Health insurance identification card, picture identification card due to recent changes in laws.
Fees: Third party insurance. Private pay. Not accepted: Medicaid, MVP. Sliding scale may be applied for after evaluations have been paid. Call for information.
