ROC COVID-19

(Program)

* Provides a tool that administers a daily survey for community members to anonymously report data to help track COVID-19 (Coronavirus), which helps scientists and public health experts find new hotspots and identify populations that could be at risk.

* Partnered between Six Feet Saves Lives, Monroe County, City of Rochester, UR Medicine, Rochester Regional Health, Common Ground Health

Eligibility: Can be used by any community member, including those with coronavirus symptoms and those without.

Application Process: Visit website and fill out anonymous survey to report symptoms, OR no symptoms, zip code, age, and race.

Fees: None.
