Rochester Family Mission

(Program)

Now serving all of Monroe County in response to COVID-19.

* Provides an emergency food cupboard.
  • Referrals from agencies will provide 3 days worth of food.
* Provides baby formula (not all kinds always available), limited first come first serve basis by appointment only.

* Provides diapers (not all sizes always available), limited first come first serve basis by appointment only.

Eligibility: Must have a referral from an agency.
Resident of area served.
Can only be seen once every 30 days.

Application Process: Individuals must be referred by an agency and then that agency will contact Rochester Family Mission for a same day appointment on their behalf.

Required Documentation: Picture ID’s are needed for all persons applying for food. ID’s are required for all persons living in the household of the person applying for food. Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, Social Services ID’s are all acceptable. Proof of resident, and income are always required.

Fees: No fee for service.

Serves zip codes: 14606, 14608, 14611, 14619.
