Family Resiliency Program

thru: Cayuga Centers

Helps families with children who are returning from or are at imminent risk of placement in out-of-home care by offering a short-term intervention to these families meant to achieve stabilization.

Eligibility: Resident of area served. Birth to age seventeen.

Application Process: Cayuga County Department of Health and Human Services referrals.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Monroe, Ontario, Cayuga, Oneida, and Albany Counties.
