Eligibility: Must live in area served.

Application Process: Call or walk in for appointment.

Required Documentation: Proof of income. Proof of expenses. Proof of address. Photo ID for anyone 21 years or older. Birth certificate for children in household.

Fees: No fee for service.

City/Town of Geneva, Hall, Seneca Castle, Stanley, Oaks Corner and Penn Yann. Also serves Yates County.
