• Provides caregiver services for developmentally disabled individuals living with family to provide a break. Respite is provided only community based at this time.
Eligibility: Must be OPWDD eligible and HCBS waiver enrolled.
Application Process: Call Intake Coordinator.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Medicaid.
