Assistive Supports Transportation

(Program)

* Provides transportation to eligible individuals for recreational and social purposes on a first-come-first-served basis. Eligible individuals are provided curb-to-curb service. 

Eligibility: Must be determined eligible for OPWDD services, must be authorized for service by the OPWDD Regional Office, cannot live in certified residential settings, must live independently in the community, or with family in rural areas. Determined by Finger Lakes DDRO.

The Arc Wayne

The Arc Wayne provides individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families with residential, rehabilitation, crisis intervention, clinical supports, Early Intervention and pre-K services, work opportunities and support services, recreation, day services, and more. The Arc Wayne also offers care management and Behavioral Health Home- and Community-Based Services for Medicaid recipients with high needs, as well as criminal justice programs.
