Eligibility: Resident of area served, meet income guidelines, family composition must be two or more people.

Application Process: Call for an appointment to sign up.

Required Documentation: Bring proof of income, proof of expenses, proof of address, how many in household and proof of identification of everyone.

Fees: No fee for services.
