Eligibility: Resident of area served.
Application Process: By appointment only.
Required Documentation: Picture ID and proof of address for everyone in household. Benefit cards, birth certificates, and valid drivers licenses are accepted. Social security cards are NOT accepted.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Northeast area of Auburn and Olympia Terrace. Call for more information.
