Blue Envelope Program

• Provides a blue envelope for drivers with autism to assist law enforcement in recognizing and adapting their approach. In the envelope the driver places the following essential documents: driver's license, vehicle registration, and contact card. The Blue envelope should be placed in an easily accessible and visible location within the vehicle.
