Family and Community Supports

• Provides referrals and ongoing support for mental health, substance use prevention/treatment, learning, behavior, basic necessities, and linkage to medical and social services.
Eligibility: Students and Families attending East Irondequoit Central School District.

Fees: No fee for services by School District staff. Some community referrals may require fees or copays.
