• Supports job seekers with disabilities through the Disability Resource Coordinator (DRC) by offering:
- Accommodations to fully participate in the provided services
- Guidance on how to use services effectively
- Connections to disability community resources to support employment goals
- Information on disability disclosure and how it relates to employment
- SSDI/SSI or Medicaid/Medicare related to how work may affect these benefits
• Offers a Disability Services Advisor on staff who can provide support and guidance tailored to the individual's needs.
