Behavioral Health Integrated Clinic


* Provides assessment, individual, group, and family therapy as well as medication management, medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorders, psychiatric evaluations, psychological testing, and comprehensive nursing assessments.

* ProvidesĀ a trauma informed admission assessment to quickly determine an initial service plan to ensure appropriate services.

* Assists with walk-in same day provisions for MAT (suboxone/buprenorphine)

Eligibility: Call for information.

Application Process: Must complete referral. Walk in, appointment, or call for information.

Required Documentation: Insurance Card and Photo ID.

Fees: Insurance and Private Pay.
