Equal Rights for Fathers of New York State, Inc. Rochester Region

* Provides peer support, counseling, education and advocacy pertaining to the rights of fathers non-custodial and custodial.
  • Mothers, grandparents and significant others are also welcome
* Offers informational seminars that assist in:.
  • Working to establish shared parenting as the preferred post divorce arrangement
  • Working to establish equitable guidelines for meeting the financial needs of children
  • Directs parents in the right direction, for the best interests of the children and for an more equitable parting

Eligibility: Any person concerned with the consequences of divorce, separation and parenting by both parents.

Application Process: Attend a meeting, e-mail or apply on web site.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for service. Contributions greatly appreciated. United Way Donor Option Program, #1424.
