* Provides care and comfort to an ill or injured service member or veteran, or teach others how to respond in emergencies.  

Eligibility: 13 years of age or older.

Application Process: Call office for information.

Required Documentation: ID, background check completed.

Fees: No fee for service.

Seneca, Wayne and Yates Counties.
