Emergency Payment Services
(Program)
*Provide direct assistance to low-income individuals and families by providing case management services through a series of assessments.
- Assistance based on need and includes rent, security deposit, utilities (such as gas, electric, and heating), personal hygiene items, furniture, gasoline for employment related services.
Eligibility: Must meet income eligibility requirements.
Application Process: Intake assessment process.
Required Documentation: Income documentation. Proof of job seeking or educational opportunities. All members of household must be indicated on intake. Follow-up necessary.
Fees: No fee for service.
