Assistance for Homeless Veterans

(Program)

* Provides case management for veterans who are homeless or facing homelessness. Services include:
  • Housing search assistance
  • Assistance with shelter placement
  • Information and referral for other housing assistance programs

Eligibility: Veterans ages 18 and over. Income guidelines apply except for acute cases. Call for information.

Application Process: Call or walk in for an appointment.

Required Documentation: DD214.

Fees: Call for information.

Monroe, Livingston, Wayne, Seneca, Ontario, and Yates counties.
