* Provides home owner services to first time homebuyers as well as current homeowners.

Foreclosure prevention
Homeowner repair grants information (Housing council doesn't provide grants but can help in finding information)
First-time homebuyer education and counseling

* Offers landlord services such as courses to help better manage their properties and lead safety, provides free and low cost publications and forms to help them manage relationships with tenants.

* Schedules inspections for Landlords accepting LTSA's (Landlord Tenant Security Agreement).

* Offers and information and referral hotline for homeownership and rental related questions.

* Provides a rental registry with available housing units for rent. The list is updated every Tuesday and Thursday and is available on the website. The registry cannot be mailed.

* Member of the Healthy Homes Partnership.

The Housing Council at PathStone provides: Fair Housing, Financial, Budgeting, and Credit Workshops, Mortgage Delinquency and Default Resolution Counseling, Pre-Purchase Counseling, Pre-Purchase Homebuyer Education Workshops, Rental Housing Counseling, Operating Rental Property Workshops and Reverse Mortgage Counseling.
