Eligibility: Resident of Cayuga County.
Application Process: Walk in. Visits are limited to one time per week and may fill up to three grocery bags. Limit two Dress for Success outfits.

Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP) serves individuals, families and children through over 40 programs designed to alleviate hunger and homelessness, help domestic violence victims, prepare individuals for the workforce, provide early childhood development, improve health outcomes, and mitigate crisis.
