* Provides civil legal services to low-income individuals.
  • Family law.
  • Domestic violence issues.
  • Tort defense.
  • Bankruptcy.
  • Immigration.
  • Unemployment insurance denial.
  • Consumer problems.
  • Real estate.
  • Tax controversies.
* Assists with guardianship/custody of children, wills and health care proxies for parents who are HIV-positive.

Eligibility: Must have income of less than 200% of official federal poverty level. Call for information.

Application Process: Call for telephone screening. If eligible for program, referral will be made to volunteer private attorney.

Fees: Must pay court and filing fees when applicable. Call for information.
