* Offers classes to help adults acquire reading, writing and math skills to pass the GED exam, plus critical thinking exercises, life management skills and career exploration through the Adult Literacy Program.
- The program offers pre-GED and High School Equivalency (GED) at the Adult Learning Center.
- For students over 21, a GED home study program (GRASP) and an online GED class are offered.

BOCES provides vocational education and special education services to local school districts and offers instructional support services, the Continuing Education Program, Literacy Programs, and many other community-based activities.The School Library System Program provides an inter-library loan system between public and non-public component schools of BOCES and cooperates with local public libraries.
