* Provides day placement or residential school for children and youth who are legally blind and who have at least one additional disability.  Services provided include:
  • Vocational education, therapies, and support services.

Eligibility: Ages 5-21 years. Legally blind and have at least one additional developmental disability.

Application Process: Call for more information.

Required Documentation: Proof of legal blindness and disability.

Fees: No fee to families.
