* Offers eye exams & glasses for children under age 18 who are under or uninsured through the Vision Care for Kids program.
* Offers eye exams for adults who are under or uninsured; provided at local community health centers. Eyeglass vouchers provided redeemable at local optical centers through Project Eye Care.
Eligibility: Call for information. Insurance status/income may determine eligibility.

Fees: No charge for Early Vision Screening or Vision Care for Kids. Community Health Centers charge a nominal service fee for Project Eye Care.
