Eligibility: Caregivers of persons with Alzheimer’s, or related memory loss or dementia, age 60 or older.
Persons with mild Alzheimer’s or related memory loss or dementia (able to work with a navigator).
Application Process: Call for information.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for service donations accepted.
Monroe, Chemung, Livingston, Ontario, Orleans, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne or Yates counties.

Lifespan of Greater Rochester provides older adults and caregivers with information, guidance, and support services. Lifespan also provides training and education for allied professionals and the community.
