* Provides Post-Adoption & Post-Guardianship in-home case management
* Provides homeless Coordination through DSS
Eligibility: Resident of the area served. Services are non-sectarian, available to all who are in need.
Application Process: Call office for information and appointments. No walk ins during COVID.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Fees for court referred supervised visitation. No other fee for service.
Cayuga, Ontario, Seneca and Yates Counties.
