  • Individual Supportive Services (ISS)
     
* Offers community residences.
  • Individualized residential alternatives (IRA)
  • Family care services
  • Supportive apartments

Eligibility: Diagnosis of a developmental disability.

Application Process: Call office.

Fees: No fee for service.

Cayuga, Chemung, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wayne and Yates Counties.

Catholic Charities Community Services offers community services for individuals with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, various chronic illnesses, and other special needs. Services are provided to people without regard to race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, gender, or ability to pay.
