Prevention Education Services


* Offers prevention education services.
  • Life skills workshop series offered to school and community groups.
  • Training and workshops for parents and professionals.
* Offers support groups for parents and youth.

* Coordinates and plans services  for youth by identifying unmet needs and develop programs to meet those needs.

* Offers street outreach and anti-violence groups for K-grade 12.

Eligibility: None.

Application Process: Call or visit office. Referrals can be made by youths, police, sheriff, family counselors, family members, school personnel and other agencies.

Fees: No fee for service.

The Center for Youth provides free and confidential counseling, emergency shelter, and crisis intervention services for teens and their families.
